Aghaniye ("the app") is a free music streaming and offline playback application. This page explains what information the app accesses, what it stores, and the third-party services it communicates with.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Aghaniye does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. Specifically:

• No name, email address, phone number, or account credentials
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or files other than the music downloads you initiate
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers
• No usage statistics or crash reports sent to us

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

• Your playlists, liked songs, and recently played history
• Downloaded MP3 files (stored in your Documents folder, under Aghaniye/Offline)
• App preferences such as volume level

You can delete this data at any time by removing downloads inside the app or by uninstalling the app.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide music search and playback, the app communicates with the following services. These requests contain only the search query or video ID — never personal information:

• YouTube Data API (Google) — used for search and trending content. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• YouTube IFrame Player — audio playback of online content may load Google's embedded player, subject to Google's policies.
• RapidAPI audio conversion gateway — used to obtain MP3 audio for download and streaming features.

4. Permissions

• Internet — required for search, streaming, and downloads.
• Foreground service / Wake lock — keeps music playing in the background and when the screen is off.
• Notifications — displays media playback controls.
• Storage — saves the MP3 files you choose to download.

No permission is used to collect personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
